International Volunteer Day was established by the United Nations
General Assembly in 1985. IVD is now celebrated worldwide with thousands of
volunteers involved in a range of IVD initiatives including clean-up campaigns,
conferences, exhibitions and many other activities all aimed to highlight the
role of volunteers in their communities. Each year International Volunteer Day
is celebrated on the 5th December.
SpicMacay Saharanpur Chapter is celebrating International Volunteer Day on 5th
Dec 2012 On this celebration we are having Hertage walk at PTC,Ambala Road Saharanpur.
You are requested to send 5 students of leadership quality along with teacher
from school to discus and plan the tasks for the future .
